Lacking communication and customer service.
I recently ordered a time-sensitive part from Varsity Ford Parts, placing the order early in the business day to expedite the repair. Despite my shipping and billing addresses being verified and matching perfectly, the dealership canceled the order later that afternoon citing an address mismatch. Rather than reaching out to verify the information, they chose to terminate the transaction immediately.
