I recently purchased a Ford Escape and enjoyed working with sales associate Allen Oxley. Allen's friendly and knowledgeable approach made the entire process straightforward and fast. I am happy with my purchase decision and highly recommend Allen Oxley for their outstanding service and expertise.
Terrible cystomer service. Impossible to get in tough with. What they can do with consistency is fire off rude and confusing emails. Go find another oem delaer, there are plenty of choices.
Ordered a part and was sent the wrong color. I was told I could send it back for a refund. Turns out they charge a 20% restocking fee even if the Ford Production system they use (to make sure customers get the correct part) is at fault and the customer gets the wrong item. So, I am out the shipping cost x2 and am also out 20% of the purchase price. Too bad for me.
