This place has gone down hill. They don’t even pre-scrub your car anymore. Time to take my monthly plan down the street to another car wash. There’s 3-4 in Burleson alone, this is the fastest way to lose business…take away perks you had to keep people coming. Their rags to dry your car also smell terrible, gotta wash my hands after using them. Go somewhere else!
Wow what is going on from the ugly colors to the horrible brushes and hard towls plus higher prices for memberships is going on I was so happy for 2 almost 3 years doing my car services now I find out is been sold to someone greedy with horrible taste this car wash had alot of loyal customers 😢 and now we will be looking for a new car wash p.s yall could have kept everything the same but the name and business could had been good .
We have only been customers for a few months but felt we had found a great car wash until a few weeks ago. I thought it was just us but from the comments I see other feel the same way. Since Varsity was sold it has gone great to terrible. We have been three different times and the tunnel was not working. But no discount or anything is offered due to my inconvenience of having to go somewhere else and pay for a service I am already paying for. We had an unlimited wash membership here since they opened and always had a good experience overall. Not the case now! Three washes in a row were awful. One person spraying on one side of the car - how does that make any sense? We canceled our subscription and will go elsewhere in the future.
