I've been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I've been extremely pleased until a couple of weeks ago. I understand that the business is changing ownership, but it's completely gone to pot. Daniel ran a very tight ship. If there were any mechanical issues, he was on it. He always had two people with brushes as your vehicle entered to give you the best wash. I have been a member at this car wash for almost a year, but this car wash has become a colossal disappointment recently. It used to be the best in the Burleson/Crowley area, but the new owners are cutting corners and taking cheap shortcuts. They used to scrub down the back of your car, but now they don’t. They got rid of the good interior detail spray and replaced it with some cheap all purpose cleaner that is practically water. Not to mention, the cheap bottles of cleaner they put out hardly work. Varsity was the Best Carwash! But as soon as the sold to Links Car Wash within the last month it is going down hill fast! I was a faithful customer. I was here every Saturday.. now you get 1 guy that sprinkle soap on your car before going into the bay, the window and cleaner is not the same quality and the air blowers are not working. They put out minimum towels… the feeling is not the same! The staff was always A+ but I don’t see most of them anymore. I’m on the search for a new home to wash my car.
Not what they once were! Ive been going out of my way to the place for over a year. They had been doing a great job! Now they quit rinsing off my truck. They no longer brush my vehicle. Lucky for the one person to even spray my vehicle on one side. I spoke with an employee and they informed me this is the new service we get, the no service! Ill be canceling my account with them!!!
Used to be the best drive through wash in Burleson but when I asked to have my vehicle rewashed due to dirty windows after the first wash I was told that the owners used to have two employees brushing cars down prior to the wash but they reduced it to one employee and no brushing cars. My rear window was still dirty after the second wash.
