Had this group replace a water heater(ruined in less than 2 years due to another contractor improperly installing), they warrantee their work 5 years and gave very fair price understanding my predicament. John was very thorough in his analysis of ruined system, then team Vidal and Brian came in same day and did an amazingly beautiful job. Will leave this review unless there is a problem but doubt it haha. Great job!!!

Quoted me $685 + tax to replace the wax ring on a toilet. Seemed a little high, but if I turned them down I'd be paying $190 anyway for their "travel fee" so I said ok. Toilet didn't need a new gasket, but instead had a crack on the bottom and needed to be replaced. I asked them to put it back and we would shop for a new toilet later. Varsity plumbing attempted to charge $685 plus tax to replace a basic kitchen faucet that costs $160. I agreed to the excessive price since it was over the Christmas holiday break, and I did not want to inconvenience my elderly renter. When they started the work, they said they could not close the shut-off valves and it would be an additional $485 plus tax to replace them. The valves cost approximately $10 each.
