This was my first time (And I hope not the last) visiting Varsity Nails. Simmone was my nail tech, and she helped me with a fresh gel manicure after a really bad experience at another salon. Thank you :)
Simone, thank you! It has been a long time since I had a pedicure where thorough care was taken with my cuticles. Usually it's a snip here and there and done. My nails looked better than they have in a long time. Again, thank you.
I said “I want my hair to still reach my eyebrows while it’s curled, so don’t cut too much”. They proceeded to chop it off so short that it doesn’t even reach my eyebrows while pulled straight. It’ll be months before I like my hair again. I even had provided photos and had to wait 15 min past my appointment time for this. I want a refund AND my hair back.
