I said “I want my hair to still reach my eyebrows while it’s curled, so don’t cut too much”. They proceeded to chop it off so short that it doesn’t even reach my eyebrows while pulled straight. It’ll be months before I like my hair again. I even had provided photos and had to wait 15 min past my appointment time for this. I want a refund AND my hair back.
I got possibly the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life. I showed multiple reference photos and specifically explained how I wanted my hair done. As soon as she showed up into the shop, she was extremely rude and told me that she was running slightly behind her schedule. I politely asked if I should get out of the seat because I didn’t want her to rush my haircut and it end up looking bad.
