Don't go to this car wash! The machines damaged the Halo back light on our vehicle. The owner didn't apologize nor did he take responsibility for the damage. He tried to say our car was old and worn out! It's an Escalade with a secured functioning Halo light until it went through the car wash. The owner found the piece in the tunnel and dumped it on the ground at my husband's feet! We tried to talk to him and he did nothing but mock, ridicule and disparage our vehicle. I would never go there!!!!
