Great experience overall, nice group of people, I appreciate how thorough they are and the fact that they were patient with me and talked me through the process, adas calibration concerns, insurance complications, etc. very happy with the end result, best price in town after 6 quotes. Needed a windshield replaced and fast so I can get home and called several places and went with varsity. They said they would be there within the hour and showed up in half the time. They were respectful and professional and went above and beyond. They fixed a dent by the windshield without being asked and cleaned all the broken glass that was not caused by them. If I could I would rate them 10 stars
super responsive & friendly. they came out in less than 24 hours. for a minute there, i thought i wasn't in arizona
My husband and I take our cars here and wont go anywhere else. They are super friendly and sufficient. The price is good and we never had any troubles with the windows or the tint and they were pretty quick to get us in or work with our schedule. They've replaced our windshields (drive the highway a lot so lots of cracks and breaks) and put tint on our cars. We will always recommend anyone who needs tint or window replaced to go here.
Varsity auto glass replaced my windshield but they didn’t replace my weather stripping. They also scratched my dashboard. I spoke to Clay Deardorff that was it. I would not recommend them. I wouldn’t give them any stars l only gave them a star to write a review. 😡😡😡
