Great building overall, but residents and visitors need to be warned about one serious issue I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex — the facilities are excellent, the grounds are well maintained, and for the most part it’s a great place to call home. However, I need to leave a serious and honest warning for current and future residents, as well as anyone visiting the building. Good management Thanks Adam
I had been living there for over 2 years, since day one. The manager (Carol) was friendly to me. Following the house rules, I'd never have any problems or arguments with management. On the other hand, they could help me when I needed them. That's why I lived in this apartment for an extended period of time. I would recommend that anyone consider this apartment. Also, I will stay here on my next visit to the Gold Coast to see if they have a short-stay apartment.
I called to inquire about the place and asked if it were possible to view a unit. As soon as Adam found out that I won't be moving in until after a few weeks, he said, "In that case, I won't be bothering myself with this. Don't get me wrong but I won't be wasting half an hour of my day showing people units." Even if he were alone at the property, he could have asked me to come another day and not completely dismiss me.
