I always make my appointment at the Apopka Medical Plaza, so I assume my appointment, like every other appointment, was in the exact location. Once I realized I made a mistake, I called them right away and let them know. The receptionist informed me that I could come in as long as I was not more than 15 minutes late. Mind you, I'm coming from Apopka, although it says I will be before the 15 minutes are due, you can't predict the traffic. After I was 20 minutes late, I was notified that she had gone to lunch. Dr. Ramnarine is simply amazing. She listens to you, and talks to you in terms you can understand. The staff at both the Altamonte and Apopka locations are also always nice as well.
