I consider patient experience (appointment through billing) to be part of the doctor's/provider's role, so while this is mainly a billing issue, it's the provider's responsibility. Inflating and adding claim codes without justification, is the doctor's responsibility. I went in for my annual physical with Dr. Kishore in Jan 2026. It was a 15-minute visit, in which the doctor asked if I still had migraines occasionally (I have had migraines for years). Dr Kishore listens and considers my input with my care. She's prompt; I've never waited in waiting room more than 5 minutes and in the back it's only a couple minutes. Dr Kishore goes above and beyond, I recommend her to anyone and everyone I've talked too. She truly cares. Her nurse Joanne is also compassionate.
