I live out of town but have a business in the city, and during the winter there are days when road conditions make it unsafe to drive home. This has been such a great option—affordable, comfortable beds, and within walking distance to restaurants. This time, I actually stayed for a little getaway. A friend came to visit and we went to see Les Misérables at the Jubilee—such a great location for that. Always a reliable and enjoyable stay. 🫶

The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the breakfast at the restaurant is decent, but overall the experience was frustrating. The offers on their website are pretty confusing and don’t feel like real deals. If you book the lower rate and add breakfast, it basically ends up costing the same as the “included breakfast” option, so not much value there. We had a poor stay here. The walls are paper thin where during our sleep we could hear whole conversations right in the hallway at 4 AM. And then there was no hot water the night of our stay and we were told to let it run for 20 minutes when it changed nothing. Front desk didn't do anything and so the next morning it was still no hot water and we ran it for 40 minutes. It wasn't until our third call to Front Desk that they called maintenance.
