My husband and I stayed here for our 25th anniversary. We were given a beautiful room, a bottle of wine and an anniversary card. It made our day that much more special. Thank you Adelia, Trevor and April❤️
Excellent hotel in Old Strathcona
No microwave in room..above noisy bar.
Rooms had poor air circulation without an AC. They also have cockroaches. I had one crawl onto me the shower. And then one crawl across my bed. When I complained all they did was change my room and refund $50 of my total cost. It took the manager over 3 days to contact me after I had checked out. To pay $600 for the weekend I would expect better customer service, accommodations, and cleanliness.
