Very Nice Rooms , always clean , love the bathroom walk in shower , everything a person needs, and access to restaurant , Nice place to Enjoy
Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days. One day they left a damp towel in the nightstand. Told staff and they didn’t seem too bothered. The refrigerators are actually freezers. But it was clean and location was good so I would stay again.
Love the varscona for its comfort and location, my only issue is the hidden fees. I called down prior to arrival and asked if we could get an early check in, they responded with yes. When I got there I found out that they charge $30 for early check in. On top of the $30 is the tourism fees and various other charges. Disappointed by this as if I was told there was a $30 fee I wouldn’t have asked for it.
