Disappointed, beware with children. My 10 year old daughter was so excited to get her nails done here today for her birthday. We had been planning to let her get her nails done someplace very special, since March, of this year. Unfortunately upon arrival she was turned away! As one of the employees apparently did not log her appointment, after my mother booked it for her over two weeks prior! To start off this nail salon is very cute and relaxing. The atmosphere is great. I had booked my appointment more then a month in advance and the day of less then thirty mins before my appointment I received a text saying that Lizeth my nail technician needed to cancel due to some personal issues. They promptly rescheduled me for the following Monday which was greatly appreciated. I had booked a hard gel manicure and gel pedicure. My sister and I had scheduled appointments for pedicures. Unfortunately, I misjudged the traffic conditions, leading to our arrival at Varnish being delayed by seven minutes. Upon our arrival, we were "welcomed" by Lizeth Gomez Flores. She briskly informed us that, due to our tardiness, my sister’s signature pedicure would need to be downgraded to an essential pedicure, which was understandable under the circumstances.
