We contacted John because he was referred by someone in my neighborhood. The urgency was real because my parents had mold in their house. Insurance came out and allowed us to choose the contractor. We had new windows professionally installed and asked John's team to put up new sheet rock and the base boards. We'll just a couple months later we have more mold.
