Heard about these properties from an on-line ad figured I swing by the neighborhood to check out the properties but immediately turned around after seeing trash cans on the curb, and cars lined down the entire road not parking in their driveways. Not the kind of place I would recommend people to purchase their DREAM home. I am unsure if these properties have an HOA but I does not seem like it.
Driving through here is like driving through the suburbs in the North, cars lined down the whole road every day and night.
I had many clients purchased with DR Horton, as a REALTOR representing buyers and look for their best interest, my clients and myself were not disappointed. I like how professional and caring they are.
