2,200 sq ft deck: Timbertech Vintage mahogany PVC decking. Big job. Complicated job. There isn't one screw showing anywhere on this deck. No butt joints on fascia, so many little details on the steps. True craftsmanship. Perfect in every way. It’s hard to find a deck builder that takes the time to do things the way Varner Remodelng does. You get what you pay for.
Reliable contractors are hard to come by. We had a great experience (twice!) with Varner. They built our deck in 2019 and we reached out this year to have them come back & convert it to a sunroom. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. You won’t find many contractors who care as much about the finished product as the homeowner does. They also built our non-traditional pool shed. Highly recommended!
We used Varner for our deck a few years back and recently had them add a roof to our deck as well. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Varner is meticulous and detail-oriented . Highly recommend!
