Spoke with Katlyn m medical assistant I reached out to collect clinical information for a patients prior authorization, she was extremely rude and impatient and unwilling to to help she displayed no common phone etiquette or courtesy. People like her have no place in the heath care field , I can only imagine how she treats the patients in the office. Mental health doesn’t mean anything to them! Someone I know, went today, begging for help for her mental help.. they threw obstacle after obstacle for her. It’s pathetic. When someone wants help and has everything needed, it’s pathetic to try and turn them down! Mental health is real.. they need to take things serious. We was there for 4 hours!!! If I could give no stars I would.
