A friend recommended this shop. We were in need of new tires and were quoted a very fair price. We could have gotten the new tires mounted the same day but our schedule was a bit tight so they accommodated us the very next day. Their interaction was very professional, pleasant and informative. This place will scam you like they have done to me. Don’t trust the high reviews, the owner is not a very helpful or trustworthy person. They overcharged me for an aftermarket part that doesn’t match the part that I needed replaced. I wouldn’t even have been upset at the price, if they had it done it right like I thought they would. The security deposit is such a joke because they won’t even tell you what kind of part you’re getting, now my car has a different cosmetic issue. Druving from Manhattan, a nail got into my tire. The tire didn’t deflate and I made it to Ithaca. A friend sent me to Varna. They immediately welcomed me and said they’d fit me in, knowing I had to drive back to Manhattan today. William the owner and other staff were kind, professional and prompt. They patched the tire immediately and charged a low fee. Honest, reliable mechanics can sound like an oxymoron but Varna fits the bill. Fantastic
