We had a terrible bat problem. Tim did a long detailed inspection, found their route, and evicted them without harm. We’ve been bat free for years since. I would not call anyone else for a bat problem. Friendly, responsive, and very skilled. Highly recommended.
Tim was efficient, friendly, and affordable! He was able to come to the house within a week which was much sooner than other companies.
Unfortunately, there was a staffing issue when we hired this company. They were being told our issue was being remedied, but they weren’t truly showing up each time they claimed. A lot of money and years later, and we still can’t get our problem resolved. We were hoping they’d truly make good on their word and have given them a lot of time to help. $2,000 & still having issues.
I was recommended this exterminator service by another pest control company, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They called me back in a very timely manner, which I really appreciated. Although I couldn't use their services due to living too far away from their service area, I was surprised to find that their quote was substantially less than other companies I contacted.
