Dr.Singh is gem. I am under his supervision for last 10 years. Never had any issues. Love this doctor and staff.
Doctor is always in a rush. Very impatient. He never even lets you ask questions and always cutting you off. I know he is super busy as I see at least 10 people waiting to see him in the waiting room. I’ll be changing my primary care very soon and find any other doctor who is willing to listen to their patients.
Reaching out to the front office is a big nightmare. Staff answers the phone the moment you call (not even 2 secs of ringing) and says, " Dr. Singh's office. Please hold. Then the music starts. It's not the first time. At least half an hour, I tried to reach every 5 to 6 minutes, being on the phone, hanging up, and calling again. Every time the artist (operator) changes, I can understand that the office will be busy in the morning. The staff doesn't give me 5 secs even to inquire about the reason of the call.
