Bought a truck in December 2023 from Chin, and the transmission failed in April 2024 while we were on vacation in TX. The cost to replace the transmission plus the cost to fly back to pick it up and drive it back has caused a financial hardship. Chin knows what has happened and hasn't worked with us to make this right.
