Best gym around, amazing trainers and physical therapy, helped me through a knee injury. they include lots of metrics to track improvement. Cold plunge and contrast theory is all top notch. Highly recommend
By far the best training facility I’ve been to while living in Santa Barbara! Not only is the equipment clean and high tech but the staff are so friendly and wanting to help you. I can’t express how good I feel every time I leave. Sad to be moving soon but I highly recommend anybody looking for a training facility to come workout at Variant!
Dr Sakoda was very thorough and very generous with his time. Although I was only booked for a 30 minute assessment, he spent an hour with me and also provided a detailed follow up email.
Great classes, fun people, it’s a wonderful place
