The COFE in Groveport is terrible!! Trash software
The worst. The most punishing system I've experienced, we aren't machines, I'm about to have to start wearing a diaper because going to the bathroom could cost me my job.
The horror stories I've heard from people who have to use their picking system at the GAP is shameful. One seriously has to wonder if it's intentional, either to mess up the GAP or to give them excuses to let long time employees go so they can hire in cheaper
Terrible system! Makes a person do twice the work and produce half as much. I used to pick 3,000 pieces a day on one floor. Now I spend 10 hours going up n down stairs and walking aimlessly to maybe pick 1,700 pieces........ and it still is agonizing
