I don't live near this place so for us to get out after an order has been confirmed to be ready for pick up, and show up and not be there.... not only is it a waste of time... it's a waste of gas, money I'm paying my employee to pick up, and time and money lost on a job that would've been started. Horrible customer service on top of that.
