Buyer beware. The design is gorgeous, but the attention to detail is lacking. The floor plates look uneven and poorly aligned. The contractor explained that the issue was due to screw placement, but the screws seem randomly positioned, making the finish look messy and unprofessional. This is my second review. After my first review, the contractor contacted us, offering to come back and check the work. However, once the review was deleted, we never heard from him again. Check other reviews before committing.

Erik and his team were excellent. They responded to conversations quickly, addressed the price clearly and stayed 100% true to quote, and installed a beautiful product. We were outspokenly flexible with timelines, so they were able to work at their own pace. It did take quite some time for install and a post-installation adjustment that was needed, but they were incredibly responsive and 100% willing to do exactly what was needed to help us remain satisfied with the work. HIGHLY recommend.
