Worried about the cost of a new roof, i reached out to Vargas & Sons for a roof inspection. Out of the different roofing companies we looked at, their team stood out for being honest, experienced, and clear about what parts of the roof system and exterior needed attention first. They took time to explain the condition of our shingles, drainage, and problem areas in simple terms, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. Vargas & Sons was the definition of excellent. I recently had my roof replaced, and the crew showed up on time, finished the roofing work in just one day, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Jacob walked us through every step, explained the roofing materials they would use, and was completely honest and clear from start to finish. They protected the property, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and did not leave behind nails, shingles, or any trash. In the Texas heat, it was a huge relief to have a dependable roo... read more

clinton was with us through the whole roofing process. From the first call, he explained the roof work, materials, insurance steps, and timing in simple detail, and the results matched what we expected. he made sure i understood that he and the crew would work directly with our insurance company so our only cost would be the deductible. clinton followed through and made that happen. The roofing job started sooner than expected, which we really appreciated. We were told there could be a delay with the skylight materials, but ... read more

I got 5 roofing quotes, and Benjamin was the only one who noticed a problem near our fireplace where poor workmanship from a previous roof installer had led to a leak over our patio. I had forgotten to ask about that area while meeting with the other roofing companies, so the fact that he caught it right away really showed how carefully they inspect a roof and how they handle their work. That made it easy to decide who to hire. The crew finished the roofing job in 3 days, and the cleanup was excellent from start to finish. M... read more

Professional from start to finish. Vargas & Sons recently restored and protected our older property, and we are extremely happy with the final result. They made the whole roofing and exterior process easy, from permits and planning to keeping the job moving on schedule. The crew handled roof-related exterior improvements with real skill, including safe material removal, new siding, fresh paint, gutter installation, chimney and brick repointing, ductwork screening, and a custom door. In the San Antonio heat, it was great to w... read more
