Zachary and Benjamin were fantastic to work with, and we are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The crew at Vargas & Sons did an outstanding job! We had a leak in our roof and wanted a second opinion. Benjamin came over, checked the previous repairs, and did a water test. While inspecting, he also found a few other issues that needed attention. After a big storm, Benjamin quickly came back to assess the roof and gutters, and the team was able to make all the necessary repairs right away. Vargas & Sons fixed part of my roof after a small tree fell on it. At that time, Jacob helped work with my insurance and did a great job with the roof repairs. Later, when a bigger tree came down on my roof, Benjamin from Vargas & Sons handled everything. They replaced the framing to meet the engineer’s directions, put in new decking, fixed the siding, painted, put up new gutters, and replaced the whole roof. We are very happy we chose Vargas & Sons for our new roof. Everyone we talked to was friendly and dependable. Zachary came out to do the estimate, and someone in the office kept us updated on when the roofing job would start and what to expect. Jacob was the on-site supervisor, and he made sure to keep me informed about what was happening, any damage they found and how it was repaired, and even explained how the different roofing materials worked. I had a flat patio on my 4th floor in San Antonio that started leaking. The roofing crew replaced the old patio roof with a rubber membrane and also put in a new sliding glass door, raising the door threshold to stop leaks in the future.
