The best part of this roofing company is the people, especially Greyson and Preston. They truly cared about helping us get our roof repaired after storm damage, and they made the whole process feel much less stressful. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They stayed responsive through phone calls, texts, and emails, and they kept us updated throughout the roof replacement. Greyson and Preston also helped with the insurance communication, which made a big dif... read more

After strong coastal winds, my dad lost a single shingle from his roof. He has a background in roof work himself, so he knows small repairs are often hard to get scheduled. Even though it was a minor roofing job, preston and his crew handled it right away with real skill and care. They were professional, quick, and easy to work with, and they made sure the roof was sealed up properly before the next round of rain and heat. We were very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them for roofing, siding, and gutter... read more

I saw water spots on my ceiling and called for a roof inspection. Preston came to my home, checked the shingles, flashing, and the area around the leak, and quickly found the problem. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful the whole time. He explained what was causing the leak in simple terms and made the repair right away. I really appreciated his honest approach and the care he showed during the visit. Instead of pushing extra roof work, he focused on what was actually needed and fixed the issue without any pressu... read more

After several days of steady rain in Asheville, we found a leak in the upstairs bathroom ceiling and knew our aging roof needed attention fast. After the inspection, the team explained that because of the roof’s condition, a full roof replacement made more sense than a small repair, which matched what other roofing contractors had told us. Once we approved the proposal, roofing materials were delivered quickly and the crew was on site early, ready to work. They completed the full tear off and replacement in one day, includin... read more

i had a really good experience getting a custom gutter and metal flashing made for a tricky roof design. It was not a simple roofing piece, and it needed a couple of adjustments, but dean and his crew handled it with no trouble and kept the price very fair. They stayed focused on getting the fit and finish just right, which made a big difference on this roof project. When i asked for a few changes, they were easy to work with and quickly jumped back in to make sure everything matched what i needed. That kind of care, follow-... read more
