Bad attitude on the phone
Worst customer service ever. Won't answer calls and showed to appointment he set for new installation of yard.
Terrible customer service. They allowed our grass to die in multiple areas and didn't address the issues at all. When I called they were extremely rude and gave every excuse possible and took zero accountability. My yard definitely did not look as if it was professionally landscaped. Stay away from this company.
