ralph did an excellent job helping us with our roof from the first inspection all the way through to the final paperwork. he guided us through every step, from choosing the right shingles to signing the contract. communication was always clear, and we got updates throughout the whole process. ralph checked in during the roof installation and even came by after everything was finished for a final walkthrough. we really appreciate his help and will tell our friends and family in pembroke to use this roofing company.
