I never leave reviews but felt I should leave this one. I being a 30 year retired real estate agent faced with sale of are un-stacked condo wanted a more than just good agent. Knowing that 90% of sales are done buy 10% of the agents you want heavy experience. My quote when I was said agent " when this is done you in 10 years from now will not remember the exact numbers of this deal! But you will remember the transaction made you feel warm and fuzzy!" Tom is a very RUDE person. Although I have never did business nor asked for his services he is spamming me with offers for years. He pretends to sell in the complex where I have properties and falsely advertises listing other agents sales! I have contacted him on several occasions asking him to stop spamming me. The last time i called him he swear on me and started insulting me over the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Used Tom to sell my beach property in Clearwater. His service was top notch, always answered my calls and questions promptly. Tom is a true professional and seasoned realtor. I would absolutely use him again in the future. Mike.
