I was greeted warmly on the phone by Amy, who reassured me that, yes, they will get me in, and emphasized that they just wanted to make sure I was safe. I arrived to find a group of friendly, concerned and knowledgeable crew who checked out my vehicle and told me about my options in a way even I could understand.
