This 5 STAR rating is based on our install and installer Oscar, he was on time showed up well before the time frame given which was great, he installed our ceiling in the manner i believe a ceiling fan should be installed not like our previous installer. Worst company I have ever worked with. A job that was promised to be completed in 3 days took 3 months and I am still having problems with their work. From start to present the lack of communication and accountability is non existent. Will never use or recommend this company.

Benji and his coworker came out to fix our lamppost light. They stayed for about 2 hours and figured out the issue and reconnected the light. Great job, affordable and professional. We were quoted 2,500.00 by another company that specializes in fixing gas and electric lanterns. Varela American Electrical did the job for 225.00. Highly recommended.

Had this company scheduled to come out for a quote. It was scheduled between 10a and 11:30am. 11:30am came around and I had heard from no one and no one had came by. I called the company to see what was going on and was told that the technician was running late and that he changed the time to 1pm. I asked why I wasn't informed and they said they didn't know but the technician should have called. They further asked me if I wanted to reschedule.
