Seen right away and she explained everything in detail.
Completely agree with previous poster. We have been trying for nearly 2 wks to get medication filled. Needed a prior authorization but the back office staff does not check the fax machine/give messages to doctor so this has been delayed. We are also considering switching practices.
Dr. Desikan is informed and has pleasant demeanor. That said, she gives very little information when follow up after tests. The front office staff is wonderful. The back office staff is rude, they never answer phone calls or return calls, you have to call back multiple times to get answers, so much so that we're pulling our family from the practice. Only because of the back office staff. They are simply horrible. My guess is the practice has too many patients and they are over worked.
