If I could leave a negative I would. I gave Mr. Varble 2 retainer fees for 2 seperate cases and he refuses to return one that never was started. He prays on people going through tough situations because as of 2017 he is in ch.11 bankruptcy so he obviously has a lot of financial issues with his ex wife. Please dont support this immoral man or his firm, let him reap what he has sown in life.
Went in for a consultation for custody of my son. Started making payments, eventually decided to not pursue legal actions for custody. I was told by the paralegal heading my case that I would recieve a full refund as nothing was drawn up and no paperwork was initiated. This was 6 months ago, does not return phone calls or voicemails, expected a more professional approach from a firm that has such an extensive background.

3/27/18 Update - Michael continues his deceitful practices of trying to extort money for services not provided. Make sure to research Michael and his firm before you would ever think of using them, they continue to maintain their F rating with the BBB! Update from my last review. Mike and his firm continue to lie to you and not provide the service you paid for. He appears to of moved his office to a much smaller space above a Chinese Restaurant, a sign of the times I guess.
