Had a great non-veg thali after a long time. Just a small tip add a little less garam masala in one of the chicken curries.

Food prices here have become unreasonable—a single Goat Dum Biryani is now $34, and the Gongura Chicken Dum Biryani is $27. Given the quality, these prices are simply not up to standard. I recommend avoiding Varam Indian Restaurant.
Was seated immediately at 10pm on a Saturday night. I requested outdoor seating and a patio heating stand - they set that up promptly. Loved the mango lassi and the tomato sauce for the Chicken Tikka Masala. Delicious goat meat in the Lagan Ka Gosht, sauce is amazing if you’re looking for a very spicy dish. I enjoyed how thin and flavorful the garlic naan was. They politely handed us to-go boxes as we finished our meal without us asking. Didn’t feel rushed. Excellent proactive staff and service.
