It was my day off and I made an appointment at 10am. I arrived and Vanessa, my service advisor, was welcoming and professional. I was worried because I was going to take an Uber home because the wait time was longer than expected. Vanessa allowed me to come back at 4pm instead. I was able to run my errands and take care of tasks. I returned at 4pm and they had me out in less than an hour.
