We came in the shop for the first time on Saturday. And they are so friendly and my boyfriend won the contest. Went in there today and got the same friendliness I can see this will be another main shop that we hang out at.
RecommendedBest store for your vape needs HAND DOWN! This place isn’t your ordinary smoke shop. At Vapur west they specialize in ONLY vape products. their products and services are top notch! I’ve been to several places and this is by far my absolute favorite. Their juices they supply are high end and superior to many other brands. And to make your visit even better, the customer service is prime! I recommend Vapur west to anyone who vapes or looking to quit smoking!
Nothing but greatness at this store. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great atmosphere, tried a couple different shops, but not even close to these guys!!
Bought a Crown tank from them half a year ago. Went in to get replacement coils and they no longer carry them. Asked if any other stores carried them and was told not to try VaporWorld (which was just down the street) because they never carry them. Instead, the clerk tried to upsale me a newer tank and when that didn't work, he called an affiliated store across town to find them. Recommend this place to everyone I know and don't know. Very knowledgeable staff and very personable. If you have a question they will help you out. My number one place to go.
I won't go anywhere else now. Sat with me for over an hour (until after close even!) to make sure I got what would work for me. Owner and staff know what they are doing, and don't make you feel intimidated.
First time there! Overall great experience. Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. Might end up being my only go to place! Best impressions with a shop yet
