Been here 3-4 times. Customer service has always been good, however i purchased 1g stiizy pods and a lite battery and both carts have leaked before being able to finish them. i did what the employee recommended and kept it upright and warm, still leaked. would like to find a solution to this because i really like the shop and its close to me.
Had such a great experience here! Even though it was pretty busy when I stopped in, the associate working was incredibly kind and patient. He really took his time with each customer, answering questions and making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with their choices. You can tell he’s super knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping people find what works best for them. Their charm and quality really heightened my experience. Honestly, maybe my expectations. That being said, I highly recommend this place. They’ll listen to what you’re looking for and give you information on anything you could need!

Nice selection and smart, attentive staff that knew their stuff. Bringing in Silly Nice, a minority and veteran owned brand, would round things out.
