Was my go to Vape shop for years until today. Bought a vape from them maybe2-3 days ago. Stopped charging and was still about 70% juice left. Asked if there was anything they could do and dude said no. All the money I've spent in there over the years, they couldn't even replace it to save a customer. Won't be back. Which is disappointing to say the least. Customer loyalty for a customer who's been shopping with you for years obviously isn't very important to them.
The best vape shop in the valley, I always get what I need from here, they've been keeping me in stocks for years now. Marissa at the counter is so helpful and friendly and she really takes the time to help you get what you need, I never once felt rushed to leave, she is really a great person. The best in the valley without a doubt (even amongst the other Vaporices). 11/10.
Staff is incredibly kinda! Good deals, good prices.
Emily and staff are amazing, every time I go in I get a great product that lasts. Staff are super friendly and funny, always a great time chatting and asking about new products. Emily is super funny and knowledgeable about products, always recommends something that’s great! 10/10 smoke shop
