EDIT: I am now changing my review to from 2 to 1 stars due to their response. They are trying to pretend both businesses under that roof aren’t owned by the same people, but they are jointly owned and operated so therefore yes, this review is entirely accurate to your store. Yet again trying to deflect blame instead of just owning your shit and striving to do better. Look at the way they have handled other customer complaints here - it’s not just me.
