You could start by opening your store. No one was there today both on my way to my errands nor 2 hours later. Lights out and no one there and no one answers the phone.

Horrible customer service. I bought a WISMEL Gen 3 two weeks ago. The battery door would not stay closed. I brought it back today and asked for a replacement device. The clerk said that they were out of devices. I then asked to return the device and receive my money or a store credit. Again the clerk said no because there was nothing electronically wrong wih the device. I then asked to speak with the manager and or owner. Vapor Shark is my husband and I's go-to vapor shop; it's right off the freeway, filled with endless options of juice, supplies, and hardware. We enjoy mostly the very friendly and positive attitude the staff has, as well as their efficiency and true knowledge of their products. I highly recommend the Brookfield Vapor Shark location to anyone, beginning vape user to everyday user.
I contacted Andy yesterday after having the worst customer service at another vape shop in Butler. He was incredible! Invited me in, gave me a loaner vape machine while I wait for the manufacturer to replace a machine that wasn't even purchased at his store! Who does that??? I will always do business at Vapor Shark!
The single best vape store in WI. I tried the rest and I won't go anywhere else now. Run by two of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and their in-house juice is delicious. Try the Fire, its cinnatastic! Seriously this is the place you wanna go.
My wife and i stopped in today before we went home and it was awesome. We have some knowledge on vaping and have tried quitting smoking several times with out success, but this time we are confident with our new vape pens we will be able to kick the habit.
