Yesterday I was really mad because I felt like I was robbed with this company. Three weeks ago I went to Vapor plumbing and talked to the woman on front desk and asked her how much the hot water tank replacement and she said $1,500 to maximum $1,800 and I asked how long it takes she said two hours so right away I decided to have new hot water tank and she asked me the $1000 down payment so the next three days they two young guys to replace my hot water tank I was there when they pulled out the old one and installed the new o... read more
My first experience was amazing! Had a leaking toilet messaged them same day and the damage required a replacement and they immediately went and got a new one to install and got rid of the old one. The only plumbers in town I was able to get ahold of and I contacted 5 others before these guys and never heard from any of them!
Never ever go Vapor! They only look for money instead of providing good service. I had hot water problems in the kitchen and wash room, and wanted to replace the heater with a new one. I paid almost $5,000, they just replaced the heater, left the kitchen and wash room problems unfixed, I had to fix them myself. It seems they solve the easiest problems with highest price.
