The staff is always beyond welcoming and knowledgeable. They also carry MRKT PLCE juices which are really hard to find elsewhere. The shop has comfortable seating, game systems etc. Some customers who come in to chill, order food to have delivered etc. They unfortunately don't have the pool table any longer but plenty of other things if you're looking to kill time. Friendly staff, good selection, and a good atmosphere.
Terrible customer service. I bought a product that had a clear issue. I asked for the cashier to issue a refund or replacement. He then berated me for taking time out of his day as he had to call the manager. The manager refused a refund when requested. The clerk threatened to call the police when I persisted that I wasn’t leaving. What a nightmare. Great selection for Alps and good deal on them. Only place I've been that had all the flavors and strengths.
This place has really went down hill. I called about a product and the person working right now was extremely rude. I used to go here a lot I’ll go elsewhere and recommend anyone else find somewhere that appreciates having customers.
