The first time I went to the Vapor Lounge I was so impressed! Although the young man was busy he greeted me and made me so comfortable. He was knowledgeable and had excellent people skills. He had my loyalty and I was excited to return. Since that time we have returned twice.. It has been a major disappointment.. The older gentleman who helped my husband a week ago did not acknowledge my husband' for quite a bit of time after he arrived and patiently waited.
