I’ve been a long time customer and today when I went in before 11 am on wed 11/12/25 I felt that the employee basically refused to sell me what I wanted. I am a 66yr old grow woman and if I want to change from regular to salt nic, then I have that right ! He tried so hard to convince me out of my choice I walked out . I took my money somewhere else and will continue to do so . I WLL NEVER BE BACK !

Dont talk about other smoke shops around town or they’ll yell at you infront of customers. Very unprofessional and they dont know anything.
Very nice already so get what you need if they don't have it they will order it and if they accidentally get the wrong thing and it's not open they will exchange it
