Just moved to Katy from where Boomtown Vapor originated (Beaumont). Of course that was my go to store until I found Vape Envy. For one, they're right down the street from where I live, but on top of that, I get top notch service every time I go in there. He does everything from help me with being indecisive on what juice I'd like to try next, to doing a full scale clean up with a simple coil change. I couldn't ask for better service or a staff that's so down to earth. They've definitely earned my business from here on out. �
I cannot say enough positive things about this shop. The customer service, selection, and price combination cannot be surpassed. Everyone in the shop is super friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They'll make you feel right at home. I won't shop anywhere else.
Stopped in today for the first time. Customer service is excellent, and very knowledgable. I was very pleased with my visit.
