Wish I could give them 0 stars. I brought my car here on June 18 because the hybrid battery wasn’t charging. They quoted me $1,800 and promised it would be ready in no more than 4 days. It’s now been almost a month and the experience has been nothing but excuses and stalling. Took them 7 days to do a supposed 3 hour job. Sean played lots of games over the phone. Who knows what was really wrong with my car. Racist/Sexist people. They gave my car back making loud noises. After asking to talk to the boss multiple times.. he refused to speak to me. BEWARE. So much anxiety dealing with them. Picked up the car with paper work not matching my vehicle... and work that was not verbally agreed to. Worst garage experience of my life.

I cant express it enough the guys at vancouver autoparts are the greatest guys in business ,they are fixing my 2008 chevy truck and so very kind of making sure my family is safe ,i highly suggest these guys for all your needs .they are the best
