Talked to Sean, he has the experience I was Informed through a mutual contact. What really swayed me was no pressure and a very calm and respectful person on the phone. Probably boss/head mechanic. He was also able to fit me in tomorrow !!
Called around a few auto shops looking for a part for my Kia no one had. Called VAP auto as a last option they were able to have the part delivered within a few hours for pick up. Very friendly staff and priced a lot better then other auto shops.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. I brought my car here on June 18 because the hybrid battery wasn’t charging. They quoted me $1,800 and promised it would be ready in no more than 4 days. It’s now been almost a month and the experience has been nothing but excuses and stalling.
