Enrika was incredibly helpful with my van purchase, what should have been straightforward became rather drawn out through no fault of hers or van wise, they remained patient and helpful in getting things sorted for me as quickly as they could.
Our experience with Vanwise has been nothing short of a nightmare. We purchased a van remotely, having been assured there were no issues with its condition. The problems started immediately upon collection. Our driver found burn marks on the seat, which were eventually swapped out after we complained. More critically, on the drive home, we noticed a significant whining noise. When we raised this with Vanwise, they claimed their checks noted nothing.
