EDIT; The owner apologized and explained that the issue was on the driver’s part. They offered a replacement bouquet or a refund, which was issued immediately. I ordered flowers for my mom’s wedding out as I was out of the country. In my email description I made sure to write white flowers. We ordered the European hand-tied bouquet and received this hot pink one. It looked nothing like the one in photos and the colours were off. After calling the shop, they said they would remake the bouquet and deliver. The second photo is what we received. It was better, but still not even close.
