Pretty much useless, not helpful, nor friendly.
We chose Vanway for part of a kitchen renovation. We found the staff to be professional, friendly and prompt. Prices were fair and selections met our needs perfectly.
Recently had new countertops/backsplash installed and there were multiple issues. I hesitated to post this as the staff were kind through the process, but I feel that it’s important to share our experience. Process of getting quotes was good. However, when they arrived to do the installation, we had not removed our old countertops so they left and had us rebook. We didn’t mind that we had to do that ourselves, but we felt it would have been proper business practice to inform us that we are expected to remove them. Then when ... read more
