Would not recommend Worldpay FIS for the card reading services. Was charged a $350 hidden fee for an integration charge and there is 0 clarity on why. Talk to a member of their customer service team, and they stated that this integration charge is to ensure that their POS systems are up-to-date and that there could possibly be more charges coming. Terrible service and freezing funds
The Dentist I work for has worked with World Pay for 15-20 years & had no complaints. HOWEVER - not sure whats going on with their RISK department as of late, but talk about a NIGHTMARE... OUR CREDIT CARD FUNDS WERE FROZEN & HELD OUT OF THE BLUE, 3-4 days later we receive an email requesting more information about a large transaction..
