Recently had to attend a hospital appointment in Vancouver and was feeling nervous about the whole process. But at least getting my group of three there and back home was stress free with NOW shuttle. This shuttle service is wonderful. We needed the shuttle for 2 hours, as we had a few stops, everything went so smoothly. They arrived on time, took excellent care of my mum. Dropped us off, then I would text driver when ready for pick up and then off to the next stop. I highly recommend the NOW shuttle, especially when you have a few appointments. Friendly driver and easy communications :)
