I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company a few times , having to set up transport for my elderly mother to and from medical appointments when I am unable to accompany her. From the initial phone call, to the pick up drop off and ultimately her return back home. They are not only professional, but extremely kind and supportive every step of the way. Now Shuttle saved me by getting me to an important medical appointment. The van was spotless. The driver Mike was punctual and friendly. My appointment went longer than expected and there was no complaint from the driver. Thank you so for your awesome customer service. I will definitely be using your business again. You also went above and beyond sending me a form so I can look into direct billing through my disability. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I required a shuttle that was wheelchair accessible to transport my 92 year-old mother to her husband’s funeral. Let me tell you how my journey started. I tried to call a local cab company ,both of them have wheelchair vans and none of them would help, no matter if i wanted to pay by the hour or wanted to rent by the half day, no one would help ! Had an amazing vacation in the malakwa van. Everything you need and more. .love the open road. Jeff was amazing host. Super easy-going. We will definitely go again soon... highly recommend. So much fun.
