We hired NOW Shuttle to transport my mother-in-law from her long term care home in Ashcroft, to the family ranch for funeral. We were having a tough time finding a vehicle to accommodate transport due to her being in a Broda (bigger than most) wheelchair. NOW Shuttle arranged for a driver - Zia. Zia was absolutely wonderful with her! We were traveling from Ontario and didn’t realize there’s no public transit in Lumby on weekends, so we were a bit stuck! We ended up making an appointment at 7 a.m. for a 9 a.m. pick up—and thankfully, they came through for us! Our driver showed up early (awesome!), and the ride was smooth and super informative. I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company a few times , having to set up transport for my elderly mother to and from medical appointments when I am unable to accompany her. From the initial phone call, to the pick up drop off and ultimately her return back home. They are not only professional, but extremely kind and supportive every step of the way.
